This course is designed for project managers and those who execute engineering or construction projects either as their main function or as part of their overall responsibilities. This course is designed to develop an understanding of how successful teams work by overcoming problems such as conflict, competition and resistance to change.  Teamwork is a skill that must be learned.  Building a team requires having a common goal or purpose, sharing decision-making and accountability. A 2 day course aimed at supervisors and first-line managers who have a duty to motivate, communicate, deal with conflict and achieve results through their staff.  This course will build confidence, promote positive working methods and in turn will enable participants to improve results through communication and managing working relationships.
Time Management
This course aims to identify delegates' strengths and weaknesses in organising and planning their workload. It will  provide delegates with proven tips to aid them in successful time management by assisting them to identify time stealers/wasters and how to deal with them and how to set personal objectives and determine activities to accomplish these.
