Fire Safety and Prevention
This course is designed to promote a working environment that is safer from the risk of fire by providing candidates with a general knowledge and understanding of fire safety including: causes of fire, fire prevention and protection. Candidates will gain an understanding of common types of fires, common workplace fire-fighting equipment and how to use it safely.
Hand-held Power Tools
This course is designed to provide candidates with sufficient knowledge and understanding of current legislation and safety procedures to be adopted when choosing and using small plant and hand held power tools such as: compressors, generators, nail guns, saws, drills, road cutters etc.
Lifting Supervisor
This course aims to  provide candidates with an understanding of the responsibilities of the lifting supervisor and the knowledge to demonstrate an ability to supervise lifting operations as per British Standard 7121 safe use of cranes
This course is designed for supervisors or responsible operatives who have sufficient experience and understanding of crane operations, including slinger/signaller.   

Lifting Tackle Inspection
This course is designed to give operatives an understanding of the legal requirement to have proper inspections and examinations on all lifting accessories and will provide candidates with sufficient knowledge to enable them to carry out lifting tackle inspections.

Management and Control of Contractors
This course is designed to give candidates an understanding of current legislation with regard to the management and control of contractors and health & safety in the workplace.
To safely manage and control contractors engaged in any construction, maintenance, repair or refurbishment activities within the workplace by implementing, enforcing and monitoring safe systems of work.
Manual Handling
This course is aims to minimise the risk of injury by training candidates to use the most suitable handling technique directly associated with their own work activities. Candidates will be shown how to recognise the aggravating factors in manual handling injuries namely: weight and/or size of load, stability, distance carried, twisting and turning, pushing and pulling, or repetitive handling and lifting.
Plant Operators Safety Awareness
This course is designed to provide new or existing plant operators with an understanding of legislation and general safety procedures which must be in place to ensure the safe operation of construction plant. Candidates will have an understanding of safe working practices for operating construction plant safely and efficiently.
Can be used as preparation for the CITB health & safety touch screen test
Plant Supervisors Safety Awareness
This course is designed to provide supervisory staff with an understanding of safety procedures which must be in place to ensure the safe operation of construction plant. Candidates will have an understanding of relevant legislation and be able to recognise unsafe acts and conditions which could lead to accidents and injury, and/or damage to plant and equipment.
Risk Assessment
This course is designed to train candidates to be competent in risk assessment principles, enabling them to carry out and record risk assessments in the workplace in accordance with current Health and Safety legislation.
The course is a mix of theory, practical demonstration and candidate participation.
Safe Working at Height
This course aims to reduce accidents and dangerous occurrences and develop safety awareness when working on roofs and at heights through risk assessment and safe working practices.
This course is designed for any persons who through their employment are required to carry out work on roofs or at heights and for managers/supervisors with a responsibility for staff or sub-contractors working on roofs or at height.
Scaffold Inspection
This course is aimed at site supervisors and managers who are responsible for inspecting and checking scaffold for safe use. On completion of this course candidates will have an understanding of safety as it applies to scaffold inspection, fault-finding in accordance with current legislation and codes of practice.

Slinger/Signaller
This course is designed to provide an awareness and understanding of safe slinging and signalling techniques for anyone who is required to use lifting accessories and slinging/signalling as part of their work activities.
